Return & Exchange Policy
At Lanoor, we want you to love what you wear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.
7-Day Return Window You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothing item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if any) must be fully intact and attached to the garment.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, masks, and clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at care@lanoor.in or message us on our support WhatsApp number within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Unboxing Video: To help us process your request faster in case of damaged, defective, or missing items, we highly recommend providing a clear, uncut unboxing video of the package.

Approval: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

Prepaid Orders: If the item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be issued via a bank transfer or UPI. Our team will contact you to collect your bank details. (Please note that COD handling charges or shipping fees are non-refundable).
Exchanges If you need a different size or color of the same item, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify the new size/color you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
